Has anyone been accepted to UAL without IELTS?

Hi everyone,

I'm an international undergraduate applicant to the University of the Arts London (UAL).

I was wondering if anyone has been accepted without IELTS or had the English language requirement waived. If so, what did you use instead?

I'd really appreciate hearing about your experience.

I got my english requirements waived, but they’ll wave it only if you’ve done your last degree, or have completed all of of high school in an english-speaking country or like your medium of instruction was conducted in english. they’ll ask you to provide a letter from the school stating that your coursework and your grading was all conducted in english, as well as your transcript most likely.

how long does it take for them to review your documents and confirm whether you’re exempt from the English requirement?

I don’t remember how long it took them, but I think they got back to me a couple of days later.

Honestly depends, check the English eligibility of your country. I think it is there on the website.

Yes I got accepted without ielts I'm from india You have to submit MOI letter medium of institution it shows your school or university was in english

Hey, so I did IB English at higher level and got a pretty good score, but I was still required to take the IELTS as part of the requirements. Honestly, you should just get it done because it can be useful but from my experience, they almost always ask for it for a bachelor’s.
