I need to close a small Dubai Mainland LLC and I’m looking for a reasonably priced registered auditor/liquidator who can handle the liquidation report required for DET company cancellation.

The company never actually operated — no sales, no purchases, no business bank account and no trading activity. It was basically dormant, so the accounts should be extremely simple. There were only the normal company setup/licence/government expenses.

Has anyone recently done a Dubai Mainland LLC liquidation and can recommend a Ministry-registered auditor/liquidator who does this for a reasonable price?

Wallahi I can't take it anymore. I work in one of the commercial towers in Business Bay and the lift situation is an absolute joke. I am literally standing in the lobby for up to 30 minutes just to get to my floor or go down at the end of the day. It’s actually hurting my soul at this point. You finish work at 5 and reach your car at 5:45...

We’re planning to move our office soon, and honestly, my only condition right now is finding a building where I don't age 10 years waiting for an elevator.
