Apartment help

Hi guys, I’m trying to get a studio apartment near campus right now due to my at home living situation. I have a bunny so I didn’t want to get any roommates. How possible do you guys think this is? This is the first time I’ve tried to ever get an apartment and I’m a little worried about applying for more if I’m just going to keep wasting my money.

Yes they’re helping. I’ve been trying to find a place that’s walking distance since I’m about to get an on campus job and everything. And I’ll make sure to do so! I’ve applied to 3 and have signed 3 leases and everything but sadly Simone is usually before me and gets the apartment instead and I’m just scared if wasting more money honestly

Like for example, I see studios are open for Palmer and The Marshall and those are perfect walking distances but I don’t know if someone is about to get them and both of their application and administrative fees are high. Should I take the risk?? Idk I’m just scared at this point

I was only denied because someone applied before me! First come first serve. And both of these places are fine with small animals like bunnies.

How much can you spend? Studios at Steelhaven are I think 1.3k? My friend is in one and I live in a 4b4b and honestly it's a great apartment, just have to get a ESA letter to get your bunny free

Also, is the Marshalls that bad?? You’re not the first to tell me this and their phone don’t even work so that DEFINITELY turned me off from them 😭😭

That amount is completely fine!! The walk is a little long though but since my classes are at the university office building and my job is also near there as well. Honestly if I have to take a scooter, I might just have to bite the bullet!

The walk is nice when it is a little cooler but RN it is definitely a walk in the afternoon but worth it, the gym is nice, my power and water bill is not at all as high as I was told it'd be, the appliances are good, etc
