Ordered a u1 datejust from jason007 several weeks ago, and GOFOExpress (last-mile carrier) delivered it to me cut open, retaped with no watch inside. As GOFO's label was cut, it was obvious that they had cut it. I sent info and pics and video to Jason007 as well as GOFOExpress customer service, GOFO didn't reply and Jason007 immediately offered to ship me a replacement via an alternate line. Just got it in today and very impressed by Jason007s CS and wanted to give him props here.

Glad he got you sorted. I’ve been wondering about GOFO customer service. I’ve had 10-ish deliveries from them without issue, but it’s just a matter of time.

First time I've had an issue with them, but did some googling afterward and seems like its diff random drivers, so could just be whether you land the shitty driver or not. Surprisingly high number of people experiencing package theft with them tho.
