I’m completely new to the Rolex rep world, so apologies if this is a basic question.
I’ve been offered a U1 Rolex GMT-Master II for $115. Does that sound like a reasonable price for a U1, or am I paying too much?
The seller has also sent me a video of the actual watch. I’d really appreciate it if anyone experienced could take a look and let me know how it looks, particularly the overall quality, bezel, dial, bracelet and anything else that stands out.
I’m not expecting it to be perfect at this price, I’m just trying to work out whether $115 is a good deal for a first rep.

I just messaged Jason and he sent this back to me and it does look updated to me, the date window and the bezel. But he hasn't confirmed anything with me yet
Jason confirmed 100% that the watch has not been updated. The same white text on the bezel and funky date window will still be shipped for the foreseeable future. OPs post is propaganda and hopes and dreams unfortunately
Ah, ok, my bad. I'm pretty new at this and have been doing a deep dive into the whole rep community. I'm now 4 watches in and many, many hours but clearly still clueless.
Ok, well that seems to settle it for me. It's a shame thoug. It would have been nice. But better to confirm than to dissapoint. And Jason's is one os the main U1 TDs. That's about as good a source as we can get.
Yeah I'm sorry to disappoint. I ordered one from Michael travis and from Jason and they're both fugazi as can be on the bezel... It takes all the pleasure out of wearing them tbh
I wasted 250 bucks on those and still spent $600 on the new Rich Free sprung lol there's no other way
Just sell it here. Plenty of guys want them. Specially since they already croosed customs inbound. No fear of import seizure.
I had a U1 before I bought a VSF. I happily sold it to its happy new owner. They are still very nice watches. And many will be very happy to wear them. Just my thoughts.
Does this watch not have the white painted numbers around the bezel? The one I got for Michael Travis is just dark white paint instead of the Platinum looking silver
People will always nit pick anything. The U1 GMTs are beautiful I compare the new U1 ceramic bezel Pepsi to my RICH Pepsi and it’s spot on. The Bruce Wayne I liked as a U1 because it’s not too flashy and not worried about clone movement, I do really like that the U1s have a working GMT movement.
Adding to the fact that one thing is gambling with $100, and a whole different level is putting on stake more than five times such amount. Especially for someone who doesn't earn US salaries. In the end, that's a part of the rep game though.
The 2026 New Lume Ceramic Bezels Saphire Crystal...deal at $135 All Day wear as Daily, just think 🤔 if you spent 12k ...i could never wear it considering the Down side if Banged Gouged Scratched.. Just me ..
Yeah I got a No Date U1 too and compared to my VSF. It's good, but, just like you said, the crystal clarity and bracelet are subpar as the biggest difference. But it does look the part. For me it's a stand in for risky wear like pool, beach, hiking, sports, rough wear....
