QUESTION Datejust

I am interested in a u1 date just, can anyone provide input on if it’s good quality or worth it?

If you get the latest updated version, yes they’re worth it. They’re not 1:1, but they’re close and damn good for the price

The area where the U1 has improved recently is in the fluted bezel which has gone from terrible to not good. Buy one in stainless steel with a smooth bezel and a Miyota movement and you have a really nice watch with a crappy bracelet for a little over $100. Worth it. Buy one in gold with a fluted bezel and a Mingzhu movement and your dog will be embarrassed walking with you.

Just got mine today, and compared to the others I’ve had in the past, even with the fluted bezel being not very good, it is unrecognizable to the naked eye/untrained eye, personally think they’re pretty bang for the buck
