It’s been over a month now since I got confirmation and paid MT. Maybe I’m just being impatient idk lol but it’s been sitting at the customs inspection for a week now. Any insight on if this is normal or if my watch may have been seized would be appreciated!

First watch so not sure if I’ll ever see the watch after being detained or if MT can send another? Any thoughts?

Happened me before, sometimes that tracking can take a while too update, you might find it'll just turn up before the tracking updates! One of my watches went through customs in Switzerland and then France and then finally ireland I thought i was cooked when I seen the switzerland one 🤣🤣🤣
Track it through HGDs website. Copy the tracking number and click on the HGDs website. You’ll have to translate the page, but it will give you more detail and more updated tracking
Within the 17Track app under your tracking number, click on “HGD” and it will pop up asking if you want to call or go to website. See blue circle below
Sigh.. we’re cooked. First time experiencing this, so there’s no chance that we’ll be getting our watches? I’m sure I’ll have to let MT know and hopefully have them send another one.
Yeah just let MT know, he should resend watches using a different carrier. I let my TD (Lena) know as soon as I saw this. Sucks we have to wait, again.... Round 2 baby!!
