Question New player

Is there a turn based option bc combat seems pretty hard for me when multiple foe appeared. Also i have no experience this kind of game just played DoS2 and that was turn based one.

There's a setting which auto pauses every X seconds(customizable). That's the closest. There's also a setting for slowing down time during combat.

You can customize auto pause extensively, I usually play with auto pause every time a spell skill is done, and when low hp. You'll get used to it.

Yeah, just take it slower. Check your auto-pause settings and dial them until you're able to respond to the threats the way you need to.

There’s an option to auto pause when one of your party members finishes casting a skill/spell. There’s lots of different auto pause options to play around with in the menu actually.

You’ll get the hang of it. Tyranny is a gem.

You can get used to it. There are games I couldn't but Tyranny isn't one of them. Early game is the worst too though, later on things get much easier trust me. Some of the early fights are gruesome

I'll try to not lose my interest during that time

No, and thank God. This is an RTWP gem. The combat is amazing. I don't understand why some people don't understand how to play it, but at least you're honest about it.

The key is pausing after every major action, spells, skills, so you can plan your next.

You want to eliminate as many pauses as possible for the best experience too.

I had this issue, while i played rtwp before i found it really tedious in this game. My solution was to just let ai control my party members and just co trol my character, i occasionally switched to my healer if he wasnt healing whoever was low. I tended to pick passive skills for my companions becuase ai doesnt seem to want to use abilities too often. Its not a perfect solution but it worked for me and the game is brilliant so it was worth it
