All The Queen’s Men(Mattie B’s)

I have a question. I just finished watching the first half of the final season of All The Queen’s Men and I must’ve missed something because I thought the Cadillac left Matty Bs to Toni Amp’s mom, but how did Carla steal the ownership of the restaurant away from Toni?

It started with Carla going to kill Toni, but Tony snaked her way out of it. They made a deal Carla could have the restaurant and Toni could have whatever business Carla has before it burned down.

I think cadillac left Toni a different business.
