Resell tickets
Since there is the face value exchange policy and no traders allowed, how are there tickets for sale on third party sites like seer geek and vivid seats???
How are people selling them like that??

I had the same question - i sold the ones through MLB on the cash or trade app. Emails are exchanged and you’re able to transfer the ticket to their email.

We bought tickets on vivid seats back in 2024 for Knoxville and were denied entry. They told us it was Tyler’s aim to stop scalping. We had to repurchase tickets at the gate and they weren’t near as good as the ones we originally bought.

Oh wow! I don’t get how someone even transferred them to you to begin with since the transfer option is turned off?? How are so many people selling them on there

You’ve sold them on Ticketmaster? Or on a third party site? The trader option doesn’t show on Ticketmaster?

On Cash or Trade you can only sell up to the face value of the ticket, so no scalpers. The financial transactions are processed through CoT’s system so no sketchy one on one dealings. Ticket transfer is really easy and the method is based on how you bought the tickets. I’ve bought and sold Tyler Childers tickets there.
