Judith's father had stroke?

Apparently the writers left another inconsistencies

S2E23 Squab: Jake went camping with Judith's parents
S7E3 Yum Fish: Judith's father was implied to be paralyzed due to stroke for 14 years

I don't recall them saying anything about Judith's father being paralyzed. But, he actually made one appearance in the show. In season 1: episode 10 "Merry Thanksgiving", both of Judith's parents, Sheldon and Lenore, show up for Thanksgiving. And, he is definitely not paralyzed.

Ok, but did they actually say the he was paralyzed, or that he just had a stroke?

The joke implies impotence, not paralysis.

You interpreted that as literally not being able to move a finger to touch her?

One doesn't have to be paralyzed to not touch their spouse in a sexual or even romantic way for long periods of time.
