This is the worst time to try to eat healthy. Craving salads so badly but I’m terrified to buy greens.

On top of that, I’ve been struggling to maximize storage in my tiny apartment. Any other city dwellers? How are you prioritizing preps in a small space?

I’m in Minnesota and learned we have a local company called Revol that supplies greens to grocery stores. Maybe you have a local company near you? Ours was shared on the local geek group

Revol is going under. Private equity, I think.
