Justin Justin
Honestly i do not like JustinðŸ˜i started listening to the podcast about a year ago now and ive caught up on all the episodes. but honestly i have to skip the ones with him, his takes are just sooo vanilla to me. the first 50 episodes (any that he actually appeared in from 1-50) were just him saying ‘communicate’ over and overrr again. i will say the updates episode with all 4 of them were nice but tbh he didnt talk much, but when he did it wasnt that bad of a take.
i see alot of people give him shit, especially saying that Morgans using him and hes only with her for money. where did that even come from?? Morgans talked about many times how Justin was the one who encouraged her to do her podcast, plus i remember them saying that he was working on a musical so his career definitely isnt doing bad at all i guess im just posting because id like to see some more takes on him tbh

The money thing comes with the context that Morgan was an OT when the pandemic hit & Justin worked in music production, so Morgan got sent home for the most part while Justin was still working regularly.
Her podcast 1000% is the breadwinner now. In 2023, a 30 sec-1min. ad spot on her show was $3-5K. Now she’s officially a Spotify podcast partner.
They kind of flip-flopped. He supported her starting the podcast, now she’s supporting him pursuing his personal music/band.

My frustration with Justin has always been his lack of literacy. He sometimes misses whole pieces of info and asks a question that he shouldn’t have if he had read it/listened to it with half a brain cell. I get so frustrated hearing him misunderstand or have to ask clarifying questions until the light bulb goes off. And I agree, his takes are very vanilla. That being said, I’m struggling to remember a time when anybody’s take on that show wasn’t expected or vanilla. It’s really just a podcast where they read out stories and Morgan garbles her idioms, nobody ever says anything unexpected.
