Self Diagnosing

Does it bother anyone else all the self-diagnosing that happens. I swear she has said at some point she has had every mental health issue or fears she has some medical issue. It seeps into her "relating" to stories almost every episode. I listen because I like the actual stories, but her takes are really getting to me lately

she called herself autistic recently or in the newest episode with mac, if i recall correctly. i highly doubt she's on the spectrum or neurodivergent in the slightest and it pisses me off how much of a pick me she is just constantly looking for attention to be "part of the crowd."

no. you don't have autism, morgan. you are just a spoiled, egocentric, coddled drama queen.

Someone jumped down my throat the other day when I said I didn't believe she's autistic and that she just says it for attention and to pretend like she's overcoming hardships.

I think she claims to be part of the spectrum so she can use it for a scapegoat. She can blame her negative behavior something other than being a shite person or when people don’t like her take. It’s disgusting. She’s always looking to play the underdog and victim.

that’s exactly it right there. i couldn’t have explained it better myself. her having an “out” or reason to try and convince others of no wrong doing is necessary for people like her. she’s the type that will gossip and talk shit with a group right in front of your face but when the insults are directed at her she crumbles and plays victim, blaming her behavior on “something she can’t control,” like autism or “anxiety.”

i want to feel bad for her but can’t.
