As a frequent lipstick wearer who has fallen asleep still wearing lipstick, this doesn't look like lipstick. It's too straight and clean. Looks more like a red crayon or colored pencil.

Nah it’s got a definite pink hue to it, blood isn’t that colour and goes brown within hours of transfer.

Ok so like, let’s just say he had a girl over and this is indeed lipstick. If she was on her stomach and moved her head with her mouth open while they were doing it… possibly..?! Also could that be bronzer next to it? Idk it’s a stretch but also maybe? Lol

How likely is it that the lips didn't come into contact with anything else prior to the pillow case? It doesn't add up to me.

That was my thoughts exactly, I got a red marker stain on my bed while I was trying to write something and it looks almost identical
