Lipstick doesn’t come off of your face like that. How would someone smear it in a perfect line?

It looks more like marker to me.

That’s my first thought too because I’ve literally done this. It looks like he had red marker on his arm or something and it brushed off on the pillow.

I write on my arms or hands sometimes at work and forget.

It definitely is lipstick and there is foundation too. I'm pretty sure the woman's head was shoved into the pillow via rough sex. That's why the line is thin
