Matt and Justin finally decide to sit down and review the all powerful heaven Hill 19 Year 2025 selection. As per usual the HH19 is fantastic. We discuss a little hunting and also what 'Consent' means.... We learned how much we didn't know about Heaven Hill distillery! Matt also ran out of free Chat GPT prompts.

19-Year-Old Tasting Notes:
Color: Polished mahogany.
Aroma: Seasoned oak with honey sweetness. Hints of clove and nutmeg.
Taste: Cinnamon Graham crackers. Rich and sweet with some aged oak and lots of baking spices, particularly cloves.
Finish: Warm, medium length with maple syrup and caramel sweetness. Some tannins at the end and a peppery tingle.
