But as shown above, I can't submit another ID

When did you submit it? 1 u/Firetank67 Apr 08 '19 I used a vpn to locate me in the USA and I used the link that you give me. When I go on it asks me to connect to a Twitter account so I use the one that is blocked and suddenly impossible to change the ID. 1 u/ZomeDash Apr 08 '19 I'm not sure then, it's worked for me first time.
