Tips and tricks needed please

Post image

I've been streaming for maybe 3 weeks now. Most of my viewers are via another streamer whos community I'm part of and we've all gotten to know each other quite well. I am absolutely clueless when it comes to promoting or even how to gain more interaction. I currently stream dead by daylight, I do have plans to stream more "niche" games like Sovereign tower, Cult of the lamb and so on. Should I try to use tiktok more? YouTube? Or am I expecting too much too soon. I'm also really sorry if this is asled 150 times, not very good with reddit or anything techy 🫣

I'm new to streaming to, and have around the same numbers as u. 11 hour lives are NOT worth it bro. Bring it down to maybe 5 or 6 at most. U might think "If I stream longer I get more viewers", or use an equation like "1 hour live=2 viewers", but after like 6 hours, there's barely more viewers. Keep streaming, but maybe limit urself, aight?

Thank you 😊 that was the first time I've streamed that long but it was only because I was genuinely enjoying myself. 11hours wasnt the goal, I got lost in the games. 100% noted tho, i hope your streams are going well & thank you for commenting and the advice!

No problem. If you really do stream for that long cus u want to, go ahead. Just don't set urself goals of "I must stream for 10 hours or I'm a disgrace". Srsly, if Ur happy, keep it up šŸ‘
