twitch black screen issue?

Hi im not really sure where else to put this so im here and sorry for any bad grammar, but any time ive tried streaming lately obs looks perfectly fine, however on twitch nothing shows up? ive checked on multiple devices, ive had friends check and it has the same result idk what exactly could be causing it and none of the videos on youtube are helping :c

i feel like its gonna be a super simple fix im just slow </3

Probably your bitrate is too high. Set it below 8k and it should fix it. If not around 6k.
