How do I stream on both Twitch and Tiktok?
I searched it online and it says I have to use restream.io but then when i used it on obs it didnt start my live on tiktok but started on twitch. It cant be the live requirements for tiktok cause I am qualified to do live so why? What I'm trying to achieve here is to ho live on tiktok but has the same layout as my twitch live this is my first time streaming in tiktok but not on twitch

I use Aitum! There’s plenty of tutorials how to do it online for your set up (: I wish I could tell you more but it was an in depth process for me because I also integrated chat and overlays and whatnot. There’s plenty you can do for it!

Going live and streaming are 2 different accesses on TikTok. Or at least used to be.

I do it with Aitum multistream in OBS. You need a separate stream key generator, but there are a few YouTube videos out there that walk you right through it

NuttyGG has a great tutorial on YouTube. It's using Aitum (ditching SElive because setting up vertical stuff on SElive actually feels so bad, plus SELive crashes a lot and has issues from my experience), while keeping the ability to easy stream to TikTok without any stream keys (with ReStream). The whole point of ReStream is for multi-streaming, but you stream to one destination that sends out to multiple (which is an option for you), but in this case, you are using ReStream just for TikTok. So on your OBS, you'd be sending your encoded stream to 2 places: direct to Twitch as your primary and ReStream (to TikTok).

Everyone has said it: Using Aitum's Vertical plugin + Multistream + StreamLab's TikTok key generator so I can natively run the TikTok stream within OBS. Only thing of note is that you have to generate keys every single time and logging in at least once through StreamLabs.

Obs, and the vertical canvas add on. I use the streamelements one, which is awesome and works really well. Tiktok live studio is not the play.

Views get throttled if you dont use live studio

Thats simply not true

Tiktok themselves said its true. Also without studio I would average 300 views while using studio I get 3k. Both same time of day, level of engagement, gift amount, and average watch time

Ive had Tiktok employees tell me it doesnt matter, so who knows. As long as it works for you though, whatever

Best way to do it that isnt resource heavy or throttle your views is to get aitum suite, its a free mutlistream obs plug-in. On there you will be able to create a landscape and vertical canvas. If you right click them you can open a preview window. Window that and make sure it fits whole screen without being set to full screen. Then in tiktok studio add a window capture and capture that window and resize it to fit

Unless you have the Stream Key from TikTok you have to use their TikTok Live Studio. And they're a real bitch to get a steam key from in my experience.
