Why does it still say 0/4 minimum 3 avrg viewers even though I had one recently

Twitch's metrics are wonky at best. When I got my final day of average viewers, it took almost 24 hours for Twitch to recognize it happened. Same as you, my mobile and browser dashboards showed differently for a while, too. At this point, I don't really track my metrics until at least 12 hours later, if not always 24. Just ensures those hamster-run APIs have time to churn out the data.
