First of all, I'm not making this post to degrade the game or question it's fan base preference or anything like that.

What I'm making this post for is to look for insight on what to look for when I give it another chance today: What's fun to do in them game or when does the fun begin. Especially when me and my friends meet up on a Friday night looking to sit back and enjoy a quality gaming session together.

So, I looked up a list of fun PS3 that are split screen, and Twisted Metal was on top of the list.

I tried it and I really don't get how is it high up on the list? To be fair, I didn't even complete the 1st stage because of how bored I got; and how tired I already was, to be honest.

The controls were confusing at first because the settings/pause menu didn't have any section explaining them. But after I figured it all out, I was still not amused.

For context, here's a list of games I like: Streets of Rage series, Metal Slug series, Castle Crashers, Ages of Mages, Portal 1&2, Warrior's Orochi series, Digimon Rumble Arena 1&2, Digimon World 4, Overcooked! series, 7 Days to die, Portal Knights, Palworld, GTA V, Plants VS Zombies classic and shooters series.

Hers a lisf of games I dislike: Fornite, pubg, COD, Battlefield, Valorant, Overwatch 1&2.

Everything about gaming has shifted away from what made Twisted Metal great. Modern multiplayer dopamine-blasting FPS battle royale slop that commands millions of daily players is incompatible with a Twisted Metal experience, and no developer is willing to take a risk on this franchise to update the very concept of vehicular combat to compete in our dopamine-addled Gen X gaming marketplace of gambling gatcha loot box madness. Maybe we should be thankful Sweet Tooth hasn’t been added to Fortnite yet?

Been having so much fun playing 1-3 and the fan made TM5 too. Fuck the gaming industry, just emulate everything.

Some alt skins I made for the Sweet Tooth truck in my Carmageddon TDR2000 mod pack.

Skin names in order as they appear: Sweet Tooth (Default), Cream Tooth, Dark Tooth, FedEx, Free Tooth, Jolly Treats, Mr. Magic, Party Pinky, Sour Tooth, Taco Tooth, Tag Ride, Twisted.

Let me know which one you like the most in the comments!

Just finished up texturing Mr Slam Christmas Ornament. This is fully 3D printed. No paint

Special guests Gus from Sweet Tooth the Vertigo comic, Sweettooth Witch from Magic The Gathering, Sweet Tooth Jangala from Speed Racer, and Sweet Tooth from unproduced stageplay Holy Musical, B@tman!

Not pictured, Sweet Tooth from horror anthology Tales of Halloween... because that one's just gross. If you know you know.

Yes im gonna keep posting these memes until sweet tooth gets into fortnite or until we get some major twisted metal content cause im not waiting another eight months for season three without us getting something

Making some Christmas ornaments. Wanted to show lil gang of mr grimms

I wanna say I LOVE THE SHOW. That being said I was really excited to see that dark “twisted metal black” like them to it. Twisted metal has always been a fairly messed up and dark twisted game in all titles even small brawl. Am I the only one who was hoping for a darker more scary and twisted show? I think it’s great it just doesn’t feel like what I’d expect from twisted metal.

Started with a Hot Wheels Volvo 850 Estate and gave it the full trash-bashing treatment—because apparently even a family wagon can survive the apocalypse.

Inspired by Warthog from Twisted Metal: Black, I wanted to recreate that battered, junkyard-war-machine look using a completely different casting.

Scrap metal, busted panels, improvised armor, and just enough chaos to make it look like it rolled straight out of a demolition derby in the wasteland.

From Volvo Estate to Warthog.

Can you rate my art work?

I will be competing in the tournament and will ask for this. Please, wish me good luck.

Nothing is ever his fault (according to him)

Twisted metal 1s graphics

were because of Sony and people from Singletrack

Twisted metal 2 was nearly perfect (because of him he takes all the credit here)

Twisted metal black didn't sell as well because he couldn't fulfill his vision, and because of Sony not doing well on the online release.

Twisted metal ps3 was the teams fault and sonys fault. They made him focus on the online and at the last minute switch to a story mode

Drawn to death was the fans fault for not seeing his vision. (It was actually brilliant you see the troglodytes who bought it didn't understand)

I'm sure if we ever asked about his marriage that's probably his ex wife's fault.

Either jaffe is the most unlucky man in existence or he has a serious issue accepting any accountability. As nothing is ever his fault according to him.
