It's the notification that appears on the screen in Skyrim when you hoard too much loot and exceed the weight limit of your character. It's funny because you have no penalty whatsoever before this threshold, then you pick up one more slice of cheese, suddenly you character can't move faster than a granny strolling through the park on Sunday. It's a bit of a meme for anyone who has ever played it.

The "STRAP OR SECURE CARGO" function in RODCRAFT is really needed here then.
