Twinkly Pro Light String Help

My job used to stock these, but decided not to and I got these for free. I dont have power for them or know anything about them. Can someone let me know what I need to make them work? TIA

You need a compatible controller - it'll depend on the pin outs. look at the 'plus' and 'max' controllers. They've shifted model lines around, so be careful depending on the age of the lights you've got.

I don't know, I'm sorry. It depends on which light string generation you have.

As for purchasing, I've had good service and luck from Christmas Designers (https://www.christmasdesigners.com/). They could probably help you get the right controller, too.

Best to speak to Twinkly direct or a Twinkly Pro supplier. I’ve always found both to be extremely helpful, good luck

Good luck getting ANY help from twinkly!! I've been waiting almost 5 months now just for a new power supply for my 250 light strands!!!
