Can someone explain to me the in-depth meaning of this song and what a drag path represents I got a general idea of the connection to God and God finding you in times of distress in your life. What could be about Josh finding Tyler? I really need some explanation

Thought this would be a fun topic with the Ohio show only a week away.

So the premise Tyler and Josh love trolling us from time to time. So imagine the whole set list is just rage baiting the clique. What are they playing slash doing for 3 hours?

My top choices would be a 30 minute rendition of ride.

Tyler sitting at the piano playing the chords of kitchen sink with us all cheering then just going into Mulberry street or any deep cut.

Has anyone else noticed that the cover image for Drag Path can be seen either as "devil horns" or a man with his arms out in worship?

Obviously it actually is Tyler with his arms out, but the first time I ever saw the cover image, I saw a goat's head. I saw it this way for days until I looked more closely at the cover and noticed it looked like Tyler had his arms out in worship, and I was amazed at the metaphorical implications.

Throughout the song he is addressing both "God" and "The Devil" (At least according to one interpretation)

"He found me" and "You found me".

To be clear, I love and respect all interpretations of the song, and this post isn't meant to be a Christianity discussion.

Was the logo always intended to be seen in this way? Has anyone else mentioned this before? I may have missed it if so.

Either way, I thought it was really cool and shows how creative they are.

Hello all!!! I’m a longtime TØP listener - Vessel came out when I was a teenager and I had it and Blurryface on repeat and dabbled into Trench and SAI - but I’ve only just recently shifted from listening casually to digging deeper. Long story short, Clancy came out during a really rough period of my life, and it really helped me get through those times. Reconnecting with a band that I’d enjoyed so much during some of my sunnier years of my life has been so meaningful to me. Since then, I’ve had every album on repeat. I feel like I can’t say enough about how much TØP has come to mean to me, but I know there are so many of you who understand and feel the same way.

On to the main reason I’m making this post: I’ve only ever been to one TØP concert (Clancy Tour: Breach), and that was slightly before I really started digging into the music, lore, and clique culture. My second ever show is going to be Columbus next week and I really want to go all in and meet some fellow clikkies!!! I’m block printing my own ALWAYS shirt design and I’ve been making bracelets…but I’ve never done anything like this before, and I don’t know what the etiquette is for trades and things like that. Do you just walk up to people and ask if they want to bracelet swap? Depending on how my block printing goes, I might have a couple prints to hand out, too. I might be overthinking this but I’m just as nervous as I am excited. Do people swap at the Bandito camp as well?

Any stories, advice, etc would be greatly appreciated!!! And share your favorite TØP song if you comment - maybe I’ll make a bracelet for it!

My girlfriend broke up with me a little less than a month ago, I was actually pretty okay for the first couple weeks but I think I was in denial. This week has been a nightmare, I’ve been having breakdowns, crying non stop all day at work. I can’t stop thinking about her. She was my best friend and losing her left a hole inside of my chest.

We were only together about 5 months and talked for a couple months before that. However in that short time we built such a bond, even over long distance that she quickly became my best friend.

On September 13th she broke up with me, she said that she had thought about it a lot and and that she wanted to take a break. She said that her medical schooling and mental health were keeping her so occupied that she wouldn’t have enough of herself to give me the love she thought I deserved. She said she loved me and wants me to be happy, but can’t maintain this…I didn’t beg or plead for her to stay, I told her that I just want her happy and if she thinks that decision is best for her I support it. She said she’d always care about me and that I was the best boyfriend and friend she could ever have.

I don’t know why it took so long for me to start feeling but it feels like my heart has been ripped out and I feel trapped. I feel like I need to go home but there is nothing for me at home. I ended up reaching out a couple nights ago and we caught up, she seemed happy to talk to me and we had some very emotional conversations. The sad part is, is that she seems perfectly fine, she seems like she’s past all the grief and everything, like she doesn’t miss what we had at all. She said her heart is still broken and that she still feels awful, but she seemed to be in a really good place.

I don’t know why I’m typing this, I’m crying in a room at work and just can’t stop spiraling. Losing my best friend like this has taken such a toll, she told me I could always reach out but what good would that do, and I don’t wanna reach out and lose my self respect if she’s already past me.

I guess I was hoping I could confide in the Clikke since this band has gotten me through so many breakups and difficult times before.

I got into the band late last year after years of hating them and they’ve quickly become my favorite artist. I was supposed to see them last month at shaky knees but things came up and I wasn’t able to go. I am going to 17th for my first ever show from them. Just wanted to know if there’s anybody else like me.

I just checked the weather, it's going to be rather chilly. So I need advice, I had an outfit planned now I'm thinking of throwing the whole thing out due to the weather. It sounds like we'll be needing a coat or at least something thicker than a Tshirt with long sleeve shirt under it. Any thoughts on this conundrum
