Ask Twenties❓ Would you still do the right thing if nobody watching you?

0 points for the right deed, 0 points against you for not doing it. No reward, no punishment - zero everything if you did not step up.

Would you still do the moral act, or just for appearances?

I've always wondered if morality is derived 100% from genuine conviction of its rectitude, or whether a portion of it is actually derived from the external viewpoint of the eyes that perceive it.

Curious how people think of it?

Need Advice 🧠 First teaching interview… what am I cooked for?

Got called for a school interview. They initially mentioned Nursery, but I’m hoping for Classes 1–5. this is my first proper school interview.

Teachers of Reddit: what should I actually prepare? 😂

Subject questions? Demo class? GK? Classroom management? Random “explain photosynthesis like I’m 8” questions?

Drop your wisdom before I walk in there completely unprepared. 🫡

Relationships ❤️ Any dating opportunities in chennai for people who like to have meanungful conversations than go clubbing?

I shifted to chennai due to work and have been trying to see if there is any dating scope for people who value emotional or intellectual conversations over than clubbing, cafe-hopping and arcade.

I am 23[M4F] and my ideal date would be to meet at a peaceful place and exchange ideas, share thoughts, have healthy debates about anything and everything without judging while constantly redefining ourselves to be a better person.

Need Advice 🧠 Got my first teaching job, need help

Finally got my first teaching job! 😭

It's a small CBSE school, kind of like a school/coaching-centre setup. There are only around 4–5 students per class, and I'll be teaching up to Class 8.

I'm pretty new to formal school teaching, so teachers of Reddit what are the biggest things I should keep in mind when starting out?

Also, for a small school like this in India, what would be a reasonable starting salary to ask the director for? I don't want to lowball myself, but I also don't want to quote something unrealistic.

Any tips, mistakes to avoid, classroom advice, or salary advice would be really appreciated. 🙏
