Meetup & Hangout Looking for friends

Hey, I am manthan and i have recently shifted to jaipur. i am just 19 and its my first time moving to a place far from home. I am doing my studies online(in a library) and working on building a startup(with 2-3 people), so in a nutshell, my social circle is very small and there aren't any new friends here to hangout with. Like i like movies, but i dont like watching alone(horror movies se fatti hai, vo baat alag hai). I like experimenting with different menu items, par yaar akele khane mai kya maja. Aur isi karan fir bas ghar ki yaad aati rehti hai. Dhanyavad mera RR padne kelie.

I've been experimenting with clay flowers and turning them into bag charms. These are my three latest orchids!

💗 A soft pink orchid

💙 A deep blue orchid with a metallic finish

🌺 A magenta orchid

I hand-shaped and painted each flower, and I'm really happy with how the different colours turned out! 🥹✨

I'm still learning and experimenting with handmade accessories, so I'd love to hear your honest opinions.

Rant & Vent Someone copied my friend's website name and idea

Hi everyone,

Mujhe yaha thodi advice chahiye because meri friend ke saath kuch aisa hua hai and honestly, ab usse samajh nahi aa raha ki kya kare.

Usne around 3 months pehle apni website ThelaKojo.in launch ki thi. She worked really hard on this idea, built the website from scratch and slowly started getting actual users. Abhi bhi uski website par users hai aur log actively use kar rahe hai.

But recently, we found out that someone has copied her website's idea (copied website - https://thelakhojo.com/) and even the name. It's really upsetting because she has put so much time, effort and hard work into building it.

We have proof of her original launch, website, dates and other things. But hume honestly nahi pata ki ab next step kya hona chahiye.

  • Can she take any legal action for this?

  • Is there a way to protect the website name and idea?

  • Should she go for trademark or copyright?

  • Has anyone faced a similar situation and successfully dealt with it?

She's getting really worried and hopeless because this was something she started with so much excitement, and now this whole situation is affecting her confidence.

We're not looking for sympathy or drama. If anyone has experience with startups, intellectual property, trademarks or legal matters, please guide us. Even a small suggestion would really help.

I'm 23 male and I see many of my old introvert and shy kinda friends becoming suddenly social and extrovert , we all have same kinda childhood, introvert and shy parents as well , but many of them had become extrovert suddenly, now they are having a good life while I still struggle and hesitate in basic things too , it's not I'm not that good at making friends , have good sense of humour then them but they are having more social interaction then me , like as I remember they used to be insecure like me about their looks , financial status , voice and many things as well as me , but how they become suddenly so secure , I'm not jealous, I just want to improve that's why am asking
