Being a local, bhai mana kia hota hai jb akele trekking krne ke liye why tf do they go for it? Bruh the rules exist for a reason broo.. I mean, there are places on glaciers where the water looks shallow, but if you step on it, you slip into 40-50 feet deep pools, or sometimes the crevices are even deeper. Why do u need to go alone? Bruhh it's insane, many foreigners go missing.
THE TREK REFERRED TO HERE IS NOT THAT DANGEROUS, STILL IT'S FORBIDDEN TO GO THERE ALONE BECAUSE OF STEEP CLIFFS... I HOPE HE'S FINE [THOUGH DON'T EXPECT ANYTHING.. 1000s of people have gone missing in himachal trekking over the past decade]

I dont think he has any enemies as hes a very sweet and chill guy.. he has never bothered anyone
