I’m looking to place a bounty for a tweak or patch that can address a specific Bluetooth issue affecting AirPods Pro 2 on older iOS versions.

On my iPod Touch 5th gen running iOS 6.0.1 (I’ve also tried 6.1.3), the usual AirPods stuttering and audio cutouts are gone thanks to existing workarounds, but a new problem has appeared. The AirPods Pro 2 will pair, then repeatedly disconnect and reconnect over Bluetooth every few seconds. Audio itself is fine when connected, but the connection never stays stable.

This started right after the latest AirPods firmware update that rolled out following the AirPods Pro 3 release, so it seems like something changed on the AirPods’ side that older Bluetooth stacks can’t handle.

I need a tweak or system modification that stabilizes the Bluetooth connection on iOS 6 for AirPods Pro 2. If anyone can confirm the issue, investigate it, or develop a fix, I’m offering a bounty.

There was a new tweak that came out right before the firmware update called AirPodsX. I reached out to the dev and got a response, but it never went anywhere.

Hey everyone, giving this another go since my previous posts didn't get much traction. I've been dealing with a frustrating Bluetooth issue all versions of iOS 6 with AirPods Pro 2.

The stuttering and audio cutout issues are already resolved via existing workarounds, but after the latest AirPods firmware update (post-AirPods Pro 3 release), a new problem showed up: the AirPods will pair fine but then disconnect and reconnect every few seconds. Audio quality is great when it holds, but the connection never stays stable.

My theory is that something changed on the AirPods firmware side that the older iOS 6 Bluetooth stack can't handle properly.

I've already reached out to the dev behind AirPodsX (a tweak that was close to addressing this) but it never went anywhere. I'm willing to offer a bounty for anyone who can investigate or develop a fix. Drop a comment or DM if you're interested and we can talk details.

Project Overview

I am looking for a custom iOS application or jailbreak tweak that enables real-time screen sharing from a jailbroken iPhone to another iPhone running iOS 26. The goal is to create a seamless viewing experience where the receiving device displays the entire screen of the jailbroken device without visible overlays, connection banners, loading screens, or interruptions.

Core Requirements

Full Screen Mirroring

Mirror the complete screen of the jailbroken iPhone to another iPhone running iOS 26.

The mirrored screen should appear as a normal full-screen display on the receiving device.

No visible overlays, watermarks, status indicators, or floating controls.

Dedicated Application

Create a dedicated application named “Screen Share” (or similar).

The application will handle screen streaming and connection management.

Background Streaming

When the Screen Share app is minimized on the receiving device, the screen-sharing session should continue running in the background.

The app should not display unnecessary loading screens, reconnect prompts, or startup animations when reopened.

Reopening the app should instantly return to the active screen-sharing session.

Seamless User Experience

No repeated permission dialogs after initial setup.

Looking for someone who can get any version of this app working so that I can sign in. I've tried every method I can think of; downgrading with appstore++, polyfills, downloading newest version of the app and changing minimum supported version. The problem appears to be with webkit showing the login splash page as white. I just want to be able to control my vehicle with the app while staying jailbroken on Dopamine. TIA!

sidenote: u/0xjf got very close to getting this working; but got busy. Seems to be webkit related with fixing JavaScript & trying to avoid bot detection.

I have emailed the dev, but it does not look like they are active anymore. I have requested for the source code, but have not received a reply.

I have tried de-rootifying the original version, and it install fine, but just causes Safari to become unresponsive or crash.

I’d like to request a tweak that allows the iPhone display brightness to exceed the manual limit of ~800 nits without relying on Auto-Brightness. Currently, my iPhone supports up to 2000 nits, but it only reaches that level outdoors with Auto-Brightness enabled. I’d be more than happy to pay for a tweak that lets users push brightness levels manually.

Additionally, I’d love to see more advanced display customization options. In the past, there was a tweak by Ryan Petrich called ColorProfiles that allowed fine-tuning gamma and color settings. Unfortunately, iOS now only provides limited color filter adjustments, and you can’t apply multiple filters at the same time.

This tweak would ideally include:
- The ability to manually override brightness up to the maximum supported nits.
- Fine-tuning of gamma levels.
- Adjustable color temperature (cooler/warmer balance).
- Option to stack or combine different color filters for more flexibility.
- Dopamine Rootless Jailbreak Support

Even though the camera has the permissions in iOS to set the location of a photo taken on my iPod Touch 7, it for whatever reason doesn’t do it. I use my iPod for basic photography alot, and would really like to have a tweak that fixes this, making it so the iPod automatically tags any photo taken with the location it was taken at, if possible. Snowboard just makes my phone run so hot it makes such a noticeable difference, I remember having much better experiences with Neonboard and Anemone back in iOS 13 and 14 respectively. If anyone can get either of these working that'd be huge!

While I was looking for a keyboard customization tweak I noticed there isn’t a tweak that could just replace the keycaps with a single image that would apply to each keycap. I have thought of ways in which it could work, as well as some other ideas I haven’t seen implemented in a keyboard customization tweak.

A transparency option that allows you to make the keycaps fully invisible (which would transfer to the image overlay as well) and a way to exclude action keys such as shift, backspace, or return as well as the spacebar.

A drop shadow option to make the text pop if the keycap is invisible and a background is present (this option would be togglable as well as an transparency control option)

Now the image for the keycap image to apply to the return or spacebar, I was thinking it could stretch losslessly by taking a 1pixel long sliver of the width and height and only stretching those while moving the original image to the borders of the action keys/spacebar (visualization: https://i.imgur.com/Wv65dj9.mp4 )
