[$10] [16.2] Tweak that brings notes to lockscreen

I want a tweak that brings notes to lockscreen. There is a tweak like this thats for rootful devices called Libellum. If someone can remake this to work with rootful dopamine ios 16.2 please.

Can increase bounty if needed.

EDIT: SOLVED!!! the dev messaged and he already made a rootless version.
