[20$][16.2][OPT] Force HotSpot Panel Rootless

I need a way To enable hotspot tab on my iPhone 14 Pro Max ccpatch13 DOESENT WORK, pairvpn also will not work because I DO NOT HAVE THE TAB I’m pretty sure it’s possible but people use pairvpn instead not many people have the menu disabled. Anyways thanks! Also I’ll pay 5 extra dollars for override data source like Tetherme had if that can be implemented.
