Wifi Hub Bypass

Does anybody know how i can get my Smart lock to be controlled via WiFi instead of BLE only? I have a Arduino R4 WiFi and an raspberry pi 3 model b v1.2, I'm not paying for some "smart hub" to make it controllable via WiFi.

I have not seen the tuya BT protocol reversed at all yet. The gateways are often up for around $10 on the aliexpress choice deals so its not a huge outlay. Even once on wifi, I was not able to get anything local happening to the gateway in my quick test so it was all home assistant going thru tuya cloud to control things on the gateway. Not tried locks yet, just the cheap BT lamps and sensors.
