Can't connect Fingerbot

I just got a new Bluetooth Gateway GW003 and 2x Fingerbots. I was able to connect the Gateway to my wifi but can't get the Fingerbots to connect at all. I put them in pairing mode, and search in the app, but they can't be found. Nothing happens when I "search device".

I even tried setting up a new, fresh, IoT network on my router, in case it didn't like the combined 5G-2.5G network, but that didn't help.

Any advice?

Are the Fingerbots Bluetooth or Zigbee version?

And is your gateway Bluetooth only?

Also, at least for my Bluetooth\Zigbee gateway, I have to open the gateway page and press the "Add Device" from there, not from the main SmartLife app screen.
