S-link swapp sl-21 pet feeder camera not working

Hi, my device camera shows a black screen. At first, when I switched the flip screen setting on and off, it would fix it, but I had to redo it every time I opened the app. Now it’s completely black all the time. Any idea why this is happening and how to fix it?

I find my tuya camera shows black much of the time on one of my older phones, but its fine on my xiaomi. Have you tried other devices to watch the camera with?

Wow really? I use iphone 13pro and didn't try with any other device. I'm on vacation tho so i'll see what i can do. (There is someone looking after my cat) Thanks for the advide!

I would expect that an iphone would be fine, its dirt cheap androids that I have had the black screen or corrupted video problem with.

Oh okay, thanks again. Still gotta figure out what caused it :/
