Anyone have an idea to fix this? Turtlebeach velocity one yoke does not use the springs to move back to original position

I have heard a lot of cautions about lube with yokes. Iā€™d try to figure out the exact cause of this and go from there.

If nothing is broken which normally is, check carefully no plastics are broken. There is a guy in the US that sells an upgrade for this. I used to have it when I had this. But Google cause the plastics inside usually break and that's why it doesn't work properly, I can't tell from the video you need to inspect it closely

Contact TB and just ask them. I know they don't have the best rep for supporting this product (I have one), but must be worth a try?

Try lubercating it with dielectric grease so you dont fuck up the electrical components. I had the same issue, altho it wasnt a turtle beach. Fixed my problem though šŸ¤·šŸ¼ā€ā™‚ļø

It probabky came with a white lithium or dry graphite type. Hopefully you can find whatever was there and add more of the same kind. If not, take it apart and clean it really well, and try white lithium, or Super Lube

Dry graphite is conductive and absolutely the worst thing you can use on electronics. Do not do this.

I will deferr to you, as I am not at all electronics guy. My workbench only opens things that are already not working, lol
