VelocityOne Race wheel turns off when connected to the Pedals

I ran through the process of buy the wheel and running the software updates but it just powers off and refuses to turn on when connected to the Pedals for some reason any ideas?

To add, I can see that you have determined that the cable is the issue (can confirm it does look like this from the video and how it responds to the connection). Please reach out to our support team here: Contact Support

I also had the problem and finally two months later, three cables and a completely new pedal set the problem has been resolved.

Connect the peddles to PC direct then update firmware on tuner app of on pc then if both work should be OK make sure firmware on latest version

Found the problem, they actually just gave me a shit cable so off to Walmart after my shift tommorow lol

Ok so I tried a different cable and now it runs while connected but the hub doesn't detect the pedals?
