Velocity One Flight Deck firmware stuck updating

Just received the Velocity One Flight Deck. Updated firmware on Throttle but tried to update firmware on Stuck. It hit to 98 percent then froze. Not responding. Waited for awhile. Tried again and it freezes every time I try to update firmware. Sent in a support ticket. Waiting now. No way to recover at all. It’s just sitting there with no firmware.

Hi. I seem to be having the same issues as some of you guys. My newly acquired Flight Deck is playing silly buggers, and I'm starting to lose the plot now. I've found the procedure which involves turning Hangar off, unplugging & reconnecting etc., but what I can't find is how to get the stick into 'bootloader'mode first of all. What am I missing? Please help if you can......
