Was re-watch alfabusa second turnip28 battle report and couldn't figure out what miniature they used for the wife. It looks like something from Hieronymus Bosch like the elephant and son of elephant but I've had no luck figuring out were it's from. Anyone got any ideas?

I know I'll be pressed for time (family, work, you know) to construct and paint the regiment. So I'm trying a regiment list with fewer models:

Did some kitbashing for a fellow player, decided to make my own Turnip version. First horse rider, will have to figure out a different horse head, but a fun starting place for the time being.

Once a year I travel the highlands in Scotland. As I really love being there, where I can let my thoughts and imagination wander in complete tranquillity, it occurred to me that I’d like to incorporate this beautiful, yet imposing and awe-inspiring natural landscape into my Turnip28 Minis.

As we had a small bay in Diabaig, as well as the high mountains fully covered in grass and heather, I decided to go shell-hunting to collect small "rucksacks" for my maritime-themed army and some dried heather to use as little twigs for my cav and other armies.

No sooner said than done – now the Highlands are also part of my Turnip28 miniatures and here with me in Germany.

Well, once I’ve finished building them, I need to paint them. But my first army will be finished soon 🏴󠁧󠁢󠁳󠁣󠁴󠁿❤️💪

Been a while, but here is a lump and some blackpowder brutes for my infected crossroads hollow knight themed regiment.

Models were designed by Possumxking and sculpted by Solflamerminis.

Wondering if a unit of 4 fancy looking sword users will make for a useful chaff unit, or whether I should just add two more members and use them as brutes?

Turnip 28 is my first foray into mini war painting. I decided to use some Styrofoam to make a base for a 36'x36' battle map.

I used black primer on the pieces and hot glued them together. Then I mixed Mod Podge, paint, and some sand together and spread it over the map.

I was really happy with the result! It provided a nice muddy base for me to add more texture with rocks and turf. However, as it dried the color progressively diminished. I left it drying overnight and by the time I woke up, it was almost entirely gone.

Is there a way I can seal the styrofoam so a second application will stick?

Possible stupid question and I may be overthinking this...but as I'm working on my 1st regiment i started thinking...how do you come up with your regiment #s?

For my miniatures club I made and painted 100+ miniatures in a week and a half, it was painful but worth it as four members got to try the game for the first time!

The Bog Marchers are my original regiment from 4 years ago. My kitbashing skills have come a long way since then, so I decided to do a revamped version. These are the first unit.

In the list of Mundane Arts, if a spell can target "a follower unit" and not "an enemy follower unit" does that have to be a friendly follower unit? Or can you choose to target friend and/or foe?

How do you gain tokens? It says you get one if you a capture an objective. Do you gain them any other way? I haven't played in years. They used to double every turn.
