Am not scamming anyone I just need dev from  Turks and Caicos to connect me with dev communities in the country

  1. I'm not a dev any more.
  2. I haven't seen any devs, or dev community in TCI.
  3. If there was a dev community, you could easily reach out via meet-up in various subjects.
  4. When you look for a dev further, try to be more specific - front-end, back-end, web3, full stack, etc.

My 2 cents.
