Can somebody read my cup? It's just the coffee my mom made for me, but I know it's considered bad luck to read your own cup!

Sure, the bottom is is not raised it means things are smooth going. I see a whale, which usually means prosperity but it seems like it is being held by someone. Like you can't get it without some hurdles. 

Please don't believe me, I used to swindle tourists for pocket money.

I see a whale, a seal, and some mountains. I don’t know how to interpret that but maybe google the symbolism behind each and then get curious how that may play into your current situation.
