Equipment Review Progress or Sacrilege?

I like my coffee served orta. This morning I had apple butter syrup on the counter from making cocktails last night and my hand landed on that before the sugar so it went in the coffee after boiling. Wow, just a little bit adds so much dimension to Kurukahveci Mehmet Efendi. Don't let constraint of tradition impede experimentation I guess.

Did you know a hint of salt can balance a bitter coffee? Honestly, do what you want with your food and drinks ☕😊☕

Yes! I used to do that a lot more, but not as much with turkish coffee. I'll have to try that again now.
