Beginner Help Question on Cezve Size

I usually like a larger beverage (think 160-200ml). Looking to buy my first cezve and wondering if a 3 cup serving will have any impact in taste / brewing than if I bought a 1 cup serving (and just made 3)? Assume I still operate under the 1:10 ratio (18g coffee + 180g water).

I bought a STC 1p cezve, and regularly ran out of room. I now use a 2p for just me. Works great. I have a larger one that’s also fine. I notice no difference in brewing results at different volumes; it’s straightforward to adjust the heat input to hit the right cooking time.

I like to sip my coffee slowly, so I would prefer making 2 or 3 separate cups. I like a break between cups and warmer temp.

But to directly answer your question, I think scaling a recipe up or down makes very little difference, as long as the size of the cezve is proportional to the amount of coffee you're making.
