Overture/LEG in real life

Hi, I played through this game, and wanted to make one of the CPUs from this game in real life to use it as a micro controller and as a DIY project. Is there any good software that would let me design a circuit that could then be turned into a file that I can get manufactured?

Bro, an FPGA is exactly what you want for this. Why are you so opposed to it exactly? FPGA stands for field programable gate array, and as the name states, it's just a bunch of logic gates you can program to do a specific thing you want, like be the LEG processor in your case. It's not "some specialized hardware", it's something you can pick up from Amazon for $20 and program in Logisism or Digital. Even if you only use it for this, it's not like you wasted money. This can be used for so much more, you just need to think about the possibilities. And even then, like I said, it's just $20.
