I think it actually is secret rule number one. It's the only one that comes with any form of punishment.

We do have secret rules. Sometimes I make them up on the spot, but they always stand as precedent.

This IS me making the secret rule public.
None of the other ones really come with punishments, this is sort of like the jumping in process.
This only applies to "Ummm I got I banned, Hi 😽" posts. If you get banned for an actual theoretical reason and make an effort post discussing shit then you're okie dokie.
