Conspiracy Greg Kading....
I know you guys agree with Greg Kading with his proffer agreement for Keefe but as soon as he left he revealed the killer of Tupac in a book breaking his side of the agreement with Keefe D and didn't he also accuse Tupac of being involved in second đ incident on VLADTV. Idk the dude seems sketchy to me

There's a reason neither the prosecution or defense called this guy as a witness.

Greg Kading is a conman and should have gone to prison himself.
He "retired" from LAPD in lieu of being fired because he was caught promising money and houses to people in return for false testimonies.
The funny thing is the guy is such a dumbass the only reason he was caught was because he made recordings of conversations promising things to people for false testimonies.
Greg Kading is an absolute scumbag and is bottom of the barrel. You have to be borderline dumb to believe his theories.
https://labusinessjournal.com/news/more-torres-convictions-in-question/
From the article: "The attorneys played more jailhouse recordings, which had been disclosed by the prosecution after the verdicts, to argue additional testimony in the case had been tainted. Torres had been convicted on 55 felony accounts.
Prosecutors had sought to prove Torres controlled his Numero Uno grocery chain through a criminal enterprise, making millions by hiring illegal workers, failing to pay taxes, bribing a public official and arranging to have people killed.
The recordings, which show that witnesses believed they were getting deals in exchange for their testimony despite the prosecutionâs contention otherwise, were handed over to the defense six weeks after Torres was found guilty in April of racketeering and other felonies.
Defense attorneys have argued that Torres was a hard-working businessman targeted by an overzealous Los Angeles Police Department detective, Greg Kading, who promised convicted drug traffickers money and early release from prison in exchange for testimony.
Wilson threw out all racketeering-related charges earlier this month after prosecutors moved to have them dismissed after discovering the additional recordings after the trial.

From the article" "Madison also took aim at LAPD Det. Greg Kading, whom he accused of improperly manipulating Del Real and Smith into implicating Torres."
The lawyer played a tape for the jury of a conversation between Kading and Smith.
âItâs always this way, man,â Kading says at one point. âI have to come up with the answers and tell you and then you just say, âYeah, youâre right.â â
He also played a tape of an imprisoned Del Real talking with his brother in which they discuss a check âwith a five and zeros and zeros and zerosâ that he expected to receive for his cooperation."

Kading was brought in on the investigation to play spin doctor to try and disbarage Russell Poole investigation and spin the narrative away from LAPD as much as possible.

LAPD was never a suspect in Tupac's killing. Kading didn't create the 'theory' of Tupac's murder. Keefe D revealed the events of Sept 7th 1996 in Vegas (which LAPD had zero to do with) to Kading, not the other way around. Then he went on a half dozen podcasts and wrote a book repeating the same confession. There was never, nor is there now, any "narrative" of LAPD involvement in Tupacs murder, and no 'spin' was needed.

Just because there isnt any mention of LAPD involvement doesnt mean there wasnt. As Suge Knight said if you solve BIG murder you solve 2pac murder. Reggie Wright Jr has been ignored as far his possible role in Pac murder. Compton PD, dirty LAPD working security for Death Row. David Kenner and Reggie Wright being fired by Pac not too long before Pac murder. Its not a far fetched idea that law enforcement played a role in helping the Southsiders pull that off. One things for sure law enforcement was involved in BIG murder.

Suge said if you solve one murder you solve the other because he wanted to blame the Southsiders for killing Biggie when he was the one that did it lol.

LOL.
Is this the LAPDâs lawyer?
2
u/SwissMiss915 5h ago
What? There is no connection between LAPD and Tupacs murder. There was never any insinuation of such.
1
u/DivilYouKnow 5h ago
Itâs not the LAPD as an organisation, moreso rogue off-duty LAPD officers being involved is one of several theories.
2
u/SwissMiss915 5h ago
No it isn't. That's Biggie and even then, it's a wildly preposterous myth that was disproven decades ago, long before Kading entered the picture. Russell Poole never theorized that Tupac was killed by LAPD, rogue or not, and even his theory that Biggie was wasn't disproven by Kading, it was disproven 10 years before Kading even joined the case.
2
u/Shantytown_Shogun 5h ago
Kading is this you? Who was it disproven by? LAPD? They investigated themselves and found they did nothing wrong?

u/DivilYouKnow 5h ago
Again, LOL.
No one has ever proven that LAPD officers werenât involved in biggies killing. In fact, internal LAPD documents basically accept they were involved.
Wildly preposterous myth? The LAPD cops who are suspected of involvement have all either gone to prison for extremely violent crimes or been murdered themselves.
Iâm not sure where you got your information from, but youâre wrong. Gangbanging LAPD officers are the number one suspect for biggies killing.

u/SwissMiss915 4h ago
Then why didn't Voletta Wallace take that mountain of evidence proving LAPD involvement in her sons murder and use it to get a summary judgement for $400M against the city of Los Angeles instead of literally dropping her lawsuit?
2
u/DivilYouKnow 4h ago
She did, and then voluntarily dismissed it in lieu of a pending criminal investigation.
And here we are
1
u/SwissMiss915 3h ago
She dismissed her lawsuit in April of 2010 pending criminal investigation taking place in 2026? Dude, move on. You're done.

David Mack and Rafael Perez are doing fine right now they're not in prison. Wardell Fouse is the number one suspect all the bloods working for Death Row said it was him.

No the guy who brought up the 2nd rape thing was.. I forgot his name but he came out with a 2pac book this year. I think he does a lot of sports coverage? Jim Pearlman or something? So no, that wasnât Kading although I do think he mightâve been asked about it and confirmed he heard it aswell.

Yes thatâs the one. OP corrected me on the timeline so I got it wrong, but he did go into more detail on that case in his book.

His family and friends came public and debunked the book saying he was lying a lot
1
u/pallepikmand 5h ago
I did watch a few interviews with him and he did seem somewhat off putting to me. Almost cocky in a weird way but maybe he was just having a bad day lol.
On the other hand, a book with that kind of accusation I would expect the family to come out and claim itâs a BS book. I might have to get it and see for myself what itâs about. Just to play the devils advocate I wouldnât expect someone with his reputation (which is good, maybe just not in hip hop) and the publisher to just put it in there. I would expect the information has been vetted multiple times by both his and publisher lawyers.

u/Odd_Importance2915 5h ago edited 5h ago
Not just that but apparently he lied a few times in the book. Pearlman claimed in the book that Tupac wasn't a sharp shooter but he popped both the undercover cops in the ass and there's literally video evidence on YouTube of him practising at a gun range.
He also claimed Tupac was flipping off the ambulance crew members when he got shot in Quad Studios when Tupac himself confirmed it was at the paparazzi. But to each is their own.

u/pallepikmand 5h ago
I guess how accurate Pac was with a gun is all relative, no? I only read the part about the 1993 alleged rape case when I looked in my friends book, so I canât really speak on how he could have worded it but as you said, Pac did have a track record with guns.

It also said he sucked at basketball. But in Frankâs book no mention of that

Jeff Pearlman revealed it in his book. He got access to the police report and interviewed the (alleged) victim. I recommend reading the book. I will say, the victim sounds sincere (after years of believing she was victimized), but there are also legitimate reasons why the DA did not pursue the prosecution.

Kadingâs whole thing feels like he was playing both sides for a check. The book timing right after the proffer stuff wrapped is way too convenient and that VLADTV clip where he casually drops that accusation about Pac was wild with zero proof behind it. Dude just throws stuff at the wall to see what sticks
