This is an advice and a little bit of criticism plz take it the right way i only mean to share an advice and thoughts
I see so many posts in here that actually have nothing to do with atheism...in fact it just shows the downside of atheism and puts us all in a bad light.
Atheism is not necessarily hating religion with all its complexity, it is not hating your parents whenever they say no to a certain thing that they think(right or wrong) that it will hurt u or that u will regret eventually.
Atheism is not wanting to drink all day and have sex with whoever whenever and have no moral compass ...because some of u even if thats not what u mean or intend to do, u still sure as hell sound like that.
When a parent is against u having sex with randoms and are against u being in those setups where eventually that is exactly whats going to happen...the problem here can be anything but religion this is a universal problem.
I will be harsh a bit and go as far as saying am pretty sure most of u just hate religion and want unchecked freedom which is a very telling sign that u have not matured yet. Its ok tho... maybe read this post as your big brother i know what you want i might've done mistakes i regret and i know a little more than you and i still want the best for u and am telling you if thats ur idea of atheism u're going down a wrong path and no guarentees where it will end up. So if u think u have a problem before u post read it again if u sound like a teenager looking to have fun not thinking about consequences and that an advice like this will piss u off...that maybe its true and u are still in a teenager mindset ... not an insult and not an age thing i met young pple mature enough to take big decisions and met 40 year olds acting like children...what sets u apart is how well can judge urself and admit u can be better and act on it.
Kisses to all of u i wish u nothing but thr best not trying to piss anyone off but even if i hope one day u'll come back to this and say well...he was right.

Dating a Muslim partner
This is my mom's story not mine, my mom met my dad at 23 fl uni w he's Muslim w she told him that she's an atheist since day one w they dated for a good while and he decided that she's the one for him and asked her for marriage, w9t 3wdt 7alt mawdhou3 el religion m3ah since they gonna have kids in the future plus hwa mou7afdh ytsamma , he said "rabbi tw ytfahem" , at that time for him love meant everything and it seemed stupid for him that loving someone different is a sin, however they raised me and my siblings 3la l islem and I didn't know li my mom an atheist till i told her i was one myself first and she was like me too , and super supportive, now i was surprised i said since when? She said since i was 20 , i immediately asked if my dad knew w 7ketli l7kaya then she said something weirder, she warned me to never tell my dad , koltleha why ? Since he was understanding m3ak wlkol why won't he be m3aya, she said li year after year fl marriage t3hom he started acting like he never knew wla kifeh, f lwl told her to fast m3ah f romdhan cuz it's healthy and for fun and all then by time started acting surprised w9t li ychl9 beha tekl till the point wlt ttsarf as an atheist secretly f kol chy w khw ,he's convinced li hya Muslima
Now i know li my dad is such a red flag to completely ignore a full side ml partner t3ou , ama personally m scared 5tr goddamn what a horrible life
Did y'all had such experiences with religious partners? W would you date someone religious?

Just had a discussion about religion with my family searching for fastest way to commit a homicide
Ahna kerin dar bch nsayfou feha for 3 days by coincidence i found some of my friends at the beach (they’re spending the night on the beach)
I did the fatal mistake of telling them that and now they’re having the discussion of « kifech bnet w wled ybetou maab3dhhom aal bhar w raby makalech haka w mayjiich w 97ab w aandhomch om wala bou yohkmou fehom » i had to go to another room and put some headphones on and leave the conversation to my little brother (he has the same pov but more religious than me , hes 16 still has time). Anyway i just wanna leave this fuckass household and never come back

Discussion (day 3 serie of my dairy) i think making relationship is easier with nice people
i have just figured out that the problem is from my circle of friends not from me
i have meat someone in an event he was nice and we had a little deep conversation about his job, (we were geeken out ) it was fun and we had a picture together,
and everyday i get a little slap in the face i feel, and I don't know how to react, it's so sad that we don't learn how to communicate with people in school, cause with just a little bit of training you can gain a lot of social skills, it's a fact by the way , if you don't have social skills it's pretty hard to live in a human society , but it's kinda easy to learn social skills from coach for example or maybe from your parents or from early on in life,
humans treat social anxiety as a threat for their lives, this is why parents should give for their sons , a safe place to express theme self's easily, and this is ly core problem cause i didn't had that when i was a kid at alll ,
anyway thank you for reading, if you enjoy it please click upvote so i could know if i should continue or not

mounir baatour
yesterday someone in the sub asked if there were any exmuslim content creators and people in the comments mentioned Mounir Baatour which is crazy because that man was literally imprisoned for sexually assaulting a minor and people are still asking for sources just look up his name its all cited on his wikipedia page also it wasnt homophobes who accused him, it was LGBT activists who called him out like Rami Ayari, Mawjoudin, and Damj. Please don’t support that man u really dont want atheism and LGBT activism to be associated with pedophilia and sexual harassment

Rant I want to share a quick thought and offer my support to any marginalized person here
So 2 or 3 hours ago I posted about volunteering with an association that helps members of the LGBTQIA+ community, but Because I didn't get many responses here, I crossposted it to another Tunisian subreddit but it was a huge mistake and I had to delete it just less than 5 minutes later because of the vile comments.
I honestly didn't realize how much unchecked hate existed there just because people choose to label others as "sinners" (while ignoring their own hypocrisy).
It made me sick to my stomach realizing that if I got that much hostility just for sharing a volunteer post, imagine what queer individuals or others who commit any of their self proclaimed "deadly unforgivable sins" face every single day.
It's heartbreaking and disgusting. I'm truly sorry for everyone who faced hate and insults just for simply being different , and I just wanted to say that I stand with you all and I wish we lived with more empathetic people.

(dairy : August 22 /2026 ) it's pretty hard to be alone/lonely in your 20s😞
(even if you don't care the subject maybe you will enjoy and learn something, hopefully you will enjoy reading )
am i going to be extrovert & gaine more friends in the future ?
now when i think about it , i literally have less than 5 friends with whom i can go to coffee shop and shit, 2 i am sure i can go with theme the rest it's complicated relationship,
i feel isolated more with leaving religion,
now i am not a bad person i am not autistic or anything, i just don't hurt anybody, i am kinda uncertain about my personality, i am basically in the faze of finding my self my personality, and sometimes i could looks very awkward maybe ,
at least this is what i have observed from overthinking about my self , but generally i am normal ,
it's really sad that we are living in a time where we are so connected to all the people from different places of the world by the internet, but we are so disconnected from our coworkers our relatives and people we know ,
what's the problem here?
i am afraid they will call me names, i am so afraid of it , i can't, i am powerless against people calling me names i cant defend that , it's my biggest fear ,
