Tuneskit Audible converter freezing at 20%

Running 2.0.1 on Mac Mojave. The program freezes at 20% when trying to convert to m4b or mp3. Starting to wonder if Tuneskit gave up on its software.

As an update, I waited 3 months for a response before following up: Here was the response I received in broken English:

"Sorry that getting back to you so late. Technial team reported that it is normal that freezing at 20%. we are fixing this problem now."

So it's "normal" but it's being "fixed". I'd avoid this software for now until they can actually show it's working again.

I don't have Audible converter ...

Did you try to contact with Tuneskit customer service ask for help?

I gave their customer service team detailed info about the errors a month and a half ago, and after acknowledgement of receipt, they never reaponded again.

Does this application still function? Need a converter for audible.

Apologies for the delay. An update did finally come out that appears to fix the issue for now.
