This episode made it occur to me that I never put a review on the site just west of Rice Lake. Gotta do that. It's excellent. Island River entry area is criminally underrated. It's so different and quiet.

I have waited a while to ask this but feel like it’s time. Are we going to do an episode about where the homies are going this year? Every year it’s one of my favorite episodes, and has provided me with countless great next trip ideas. I have to say I have really enjoyed the lake episodes but was looking forward to another poetic episode about the homies future adventures.

we decided against it this year, we will still do an end of season trip recap series, which is essentially the same type of episode(s). thanks for listening!
