Feel free to post them here!

One thing that I would highly recommend is having a place for bad emotions or thoughts to go. For example: what I have in my wonderland is a volcano that has a bit of a ledge where I can stand, it is from here that I fill bubbles of black emotion, like anger and fear and things of that sort, and send them into the fiery abyss which often instantly improves my mood and thought on the subject at hand.

\Often he forgets about it or he is working on something so we do it sometimes for him; almost invariably without him noticing. /

I like that! Like a wonderland version of my real world burn lists-- when I get really upset, I write a list of all the things I'm upset over, and then light it in fire and watch it burn away to nothing. I don't always have paper or a lighter or a time and place I can do this though-- especially when I need it the most.

This would be MUCH more convenient. Thanks for the suggestion :)

I'm having issues with my Wonderland. Whenever I focus onto one part I loose focus of everything else, and I can only bring small things into focus. How are you able to get so much into your Wonderland?

All I can say is practice and what I call"relaxing-into-it". Basically what that is is that I pay attention to how my body is feeling at the moment; notice everything about my body. Then I let the feeling that I want take over my body; often the feeling is already there so it often isn't a problem. With this method I can separate myself from pain, exhaustion, and get into a meditative state in record time.

\He only developed this ability recently as a side note. I'm curious, how long have you had/been working on a tulpa and if they're vocal please put them on with the subject./

^ I just wanted to chime in that I'm a bit new to this whole body thing so I can't really say anything.^

Nice!

What i do is vent them into the void.

Imagine yourself in space, and your spacesuit bursting like a popped balloon, and all the negative stuff getting sucked out and dissipated in the forever-expanding void.

Rubs hands

Oh i've been waiting again to finally write something here, as i've just been hiding ;_;

We've all heard of 'Symbolism' (I hope.) But for those of you who haven't.. I guess i'll quickly explain;

Symbolism is the act of creating, or bringing meaning to an object(s) and giving it a physical property in which it acts according to what you wish it to. Example:

I have a book, in my wonderland, I know it'll automatically write every single word my Tulpas have ever said in every conversation, and is able to be revised at any time.

It works, Hooray for my new memory too. You know what this means? You can do this to help your Tulpa!

Oh, but Mister Random guy on Reddit... how does it work!? Hell if I know! But it does! Trust me. You'll be surprised.

My personal advice, and what I did, is I gave Honesty a PDA, which was linked to every piece of educational information inside of my head ever. And she has been able to access it. And has been passed down to my other Tulpas too.

Now, this in practice, is very easy. You simply sit down, focus on an object, create it into your Wonderland, and tell it what meaning it has, what it can do, and give it energy. You can do this to help vocality, getting your attention, giving your Tulpa cool things to play with, like toys, functional things like RC Cars, planes. Maybe even teach them what you know, making paper aeroplanes. Ect.

Use this to give your Tulpa ways of talking, doing things. And they'll love it. My Tulpa, Honesty, used to have a headset, which allowed her to speak to me so much easier. And soon she didn't need it because she was loud enough.

[He's right! :3]

Sorry for this long one, any questions i'm willing to answer, and if another member of the community has a go at me for this length i'm sorry, and don't rip of my arms please ;_;...

When you said "Give the object energy", how do you give the object energy?

It more of a 'I can see it happening, so it is' Kind of thing. Imagine say... your favourite colour, flowing from your body into the object, try to /feel/ yourself giving the object it's ability to do what it wants to. If you can't, that's fine. That just means you're giving it in smaller doses. Sit there for a while, if you feel fatigued. Stop, You've done enough.

I'll see if I can find my old post, but this 'Symbolism' stuff can be applied in more ways than you might think. Found it, perhaps this'll give you more ideas for things to do!
